Asia128 Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules of Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to asia128. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and asia128 ("Company", "We", "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, and features provided by asia128 through its website, mobile application, and all other related channels.

By registering an asia128 account, making a deposit, or simply accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use asia128's services.

To register and use Asia128's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. asia128 takes its responsibility to prevent underage participation seriously.
• Location: You must be based in Malaysia and hold an active Malaysian phone number for account verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Malaysian law.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) asia128 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without a refund of any remaining balance.
• Non-asia128 Employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of asia128 staff are not permitted to register as members.

Registering an asia128 account is free and can be completed in under two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Asia128 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including anyone claiming to be an asia128 staff member.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Report to the asia128 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Asia128 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via the following approved and recognised payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for regular players, though limits may be applied to new users for risk control purposes. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment from the payment service provider.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your asia128 account are legally yours and are not proceeds from any unlawful activity. asia128 complies with anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Asia128 is committed to processing your winnings withdrawals promptly and transparently. Please read the following withdrawal rules and procedures:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same Malaysian payment method used for your deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.

All betting activity on Asia128 is subject to general rules as well as game- or sport-specific rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in cases of clear technical error on Asia128's part.
• In the event of a technical disruption, Asia128 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the funds to the user's account balance.
• For football Sports Betting such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL, rules apply based on officially completed matches. Postponed or cancelled matches will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated on the platform.
• For live casino games including blackjack and baccarat, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the bonus rollover requirements stated in Section 7.
• Asia128 reserves the right to void any bets suspected of being placed through collusion, fraud, or exploitation of system errors.

Asia128 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer. The following general terms apply to all asia128 bonuses:

• Rollover requirement: All bonuses must meet the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the respective promotional terms.
• One bonus per account: Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per phone number, per IP address, per device, and per household. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable: Bonuses are issued for the sole use of the receiving account and may not be transferred to any other account.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that expire without the rollover requirements being met will be automatically forfeited.
• Betting limit while a bonus is active: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round may be subject to a limit. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Asia128 expects all members to conduct themselves fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with the law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without return of balance:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to place bets or perform platform actions automatically without human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs or obviously misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law through the asia128 platform.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards support staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or undermine the security and integrity of the Asia128 platform.

Asia128 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including violations of these Terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. In cases of closure due to user violations, account balances that do not meet the qualifying conditions may not be refunded.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the asia128 support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user's original payment method once the verification process is complete.

For responsible gaming purposes, users may also request a temporary account suspension (self-exclusion) for a specified period. Please refer to Section 11 for more information on this option.

Asia128 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely. However, there are limits to the liability we are able to accept:

• Asia128 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from internet service disruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or government actions).
• Asia128 is not liable for betting or game outcomes that a user finds unsatisfactory, provided the game process was conducted in accordance with the established rules and the RNG functioned correctly.
• Asia128's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
• Asia128 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other malicious code, and recommends that users keep up-to-date antivirus software installed on their devices.

Asia128 believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating steady income or resolving financial difficulties. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all our members in Malaysia.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to help users manage their betting activity wisely:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to asia128's internal mediation process before any legal action is pursued.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other version of these Terms, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail for Malaysian users.
